Jaxon Carter

What are we ever going to do with this monster! He is a terror and we are loving every minute of it!! Jaxon is too smart for his own good! He has learned some new words, no they are not good ones and he learned them from his dad!!!

Jaxon has his first Christmas progam on the 20th and we can't wait to see it. Santa will be dropping by, we'll see if he freaks out like he did last year!

Taylee Jean

We are so blessed to have this little girl in our lives! She is an angel and just friggin cute!

She absolutely loves to play in the pan drawer and pull baggies out all over the floor! I think for X-mas we will just buy her some baggies!!

She is growing up so fast! Last year at this time I was still on maternity leave and now she is walking.....where does the time go?

X-Mas

We put up some of the Christmas decorations a couple of weeks ago and Jaxon & Taylee were just so much help. Jaxon is so excited for Christmas and Santa Claus this year! It gets better every year, I can't wait to see his face when he sees that Santa took a bite of the cookie and drank the milk!

This year I guess we are mixing Halloween & X-mas cause Jaxon just had to wear his Lightning McQueen costume!

Temple Square

We went to Salt Lake City last Saturday to do some shopping and see all the lights at Temple Square. It was a fun day! Jaxon got to ride on "Thomas the Train"... or at least that is what we told him the Trax were, so he would get on! He didn't want to leave his Thomas at the end of the night, he cried to get back on!! After doing some shopping at Gateway ( I love that mall ) we got back on "Thomas" and rode to Temple Square. It is so beautiful there! The kids just loved it. Taylee was so mezmorized by all the lights and Jaxon just couldn't believe all of the Christmas!

It was a great experience and we came home with memories we will keep forever, oh... and one less shoe of Taytay's!! We lost it somewhere between Gateway & Temple Square, it's a good thing I brought her boots to or her tootsies would have been cold! It's getting close to Christmas, I had better get some shoppin done!

HALLOWEEN

Just a quick pic to show you our little lady bug and Lightning Mcqueen's pit crew!
Halloween was really fun with Jaxon this year where he knew what was going on!
We went trick or treating in Soda and in Grace - he came out with pumpkins full of candy!

Thanksgiving / Taylee's 1st B-Day!!

Thanksgiving was delicious as always! Ryan, Wendy and the kids came home as well as Travis and Deana with theirs. We all missed you Jeremy, Ronda, Alicia & Eric. Taylee turned 1 year old on Thanksgiving day! It was wonderful to be able to celebrate her birthday with everyone. What do you buy for a little girl who has everything?... a box to play in! Wonderful idea! I just wrapped it up with some wrapping paper and put a few fun stretchy toys on it and called it good. She is still playing with it!!

Along with a few toys, clothes and a saucer chair like Jaxon's, she had a great 1st Birthday. We got her a birthday cake all to herself that she destroyed!!

Before.......

After................

We plugged Grandma's bath tub trying to get cleaned up! (sssshhh don't tell)

It was a blast watching her! She fed some of it to mom and then Uncle Les tried to feed some to mommy as well. Mom fed it right back to him and had Jaxon not of started crying (he thought Uncle Les was hurting me) I would of wound up taking a shower to get cleaned up! All in all it has been a weekend full of good food, family & fun we will never forget! I am so thankful to be a part of this special family!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING YA'LL

Twinkle twinkle little star, do you know how loved you are?

Just to fun! We decided at the last minute to take our St. Bernard, Dominik, he is part of our family and just adores Jaxon & Taylee. We couldn't of asked for a better dog! Except he peed on the photographers wall, I was mortified and she just laughed!

Me and Grandma Holt found the cutest dang dress for Christmas! So then we just had to get
Jaxon a suit!

Jaxon started preschool in May and we have been absolutely amazed at how far he has come! He knows his ABC's, he counts to 20, we are hearing nursery rhymes that I didn't know existed. He is way to smart for his own good.... it is very unsetteling when your 3 year old can correct you!
